St. George’s 3 New Gins hit the MKT next week

St. George Spirits a Californian distillery founded 30 years ago most known nationally for it’s Hanger 1 vodka is coming out on Sept 9 with a new line of gins that are inspired by the aromas of Mount Tam. Distiller Lance Winter wanted expand the category of gin by creating 3 distinctive gins:

ST. GEORGE TERROIR GIN

Inspired by the aromas of coastal forrest on California’s Mount Tam, Lance Winters adds Douglas fir, bay laurel, and California coastal sage to give this gin a really earthy taste. In other words this drink is like a walk in the woods.

ST. GEORGE BOTANIVORE GIN

Loaded with 19 botanicals such as coriander seeds, ginger, dill and celery seed, and cilantro, caraway. It’s the most Versatile of all three.

ST. GEORGE DRY RYE GIN

This Gin has twice as much juniper in its recipe as either of the other two St. George gins, and a base of pot-distilled rye that provides structure and spice. The rye provides a sweet maltiness reminiscent of a genever.

The first limited release of the three gins (around 500 cases each) will hit shelves in California as well as markets in New York, Colorado, Texas, Florida and Chicago.
