Where to drink Friday Night? (The Tippler NYC)

A new addtion to Chelsea Market ,The Tippler (NYC), a project of the Tippling Bros. cocktail group and China Club’s Michael Barrett opened just a couple weeks ago. Twenty cocktails, 25 wines by the glass and 25 beers will be served to the crowd. The industrial 100-seat space is outfitted with distressed burgundy banquettes, exposed-brick walls and massive steel columns.

What to drink:

The Dizzy Oaxacan, with mescal, Averna, ginger beer, grapefruit, lemon and cayenne.

The Spazerac and the Snow Groni are basically frozen versions of the classic cocktails Sazerac and Negroni.
