Bar 45 is located on the mezzanine level of Mayfair’s newest hotel, 45 Park Lane, owned by the Dorchester. The place features a black granite bar with a back lit amber glass front. Serving a varied selection of unique cocktails, prepared by a talented barstaff. Behind the bar is Stefano Cossio (Dorchester and the American bar at the Savoy). The cocktail menu combines creative and unique Japanese influence. Home spirit/tea infusions sit in glass teapots on the bar-top. Bar 45 boasts the largest selection of American wines in the United Kingdom. A bar menu of ‘Rough CUTS’ by Wolfgang Puck includes Mini Kobe Sliders and House Smoked Pastrami Reuben Sandwiches.

The Collection Restaurant and Bar opened on 1 October 2011 following a dramatic redesign courtesy of the Design Studio under the direction of Tom Dixon. Head Chef Alex Fanzola aims for simple cooking from the olive oil countries of Southern Europe and using ingredients, expertly sourced from suppliers such as the organic Laverstoke Park and premium London butchers, O’Shea’s of Knightsbridge. This West London institution is a refined but relaxed all day destination. Open from 10am ’til late.
