Andres Aleman Show How To Make A Negroni

By far this classic Italian cocktail has been the libation of the year. Every mayor booze event (The Manhattan Cocktail Classic, Tales Of The Cocktail) or bar is doing something with it, be it aging, adding carbonation or by doing a modern interpretation on it by substituting Gin for other spirits. This video presents a Negroni made with 1 1/2 oz. of Gin just because I was looking to have more of the botanicals used in this Gin on the forefront, but equal ratio (1-1-1) of Gin, Campari and Sweet Vermouth is the classic measurement for this concoction. Enjoy!
