Winners Of The Auchentoshan Switch Bartender Challenge Ready To Pack Their Bags

The Auchentoshan Switch: two bartenders in the US and the UK will swap positions for two weeks to work in one of New York City’s and London’s most distinguished  bars, the award winning 69 Colebrooke Row and Apotheke. The Switch will take place in early 2012…lucky bastards.

The competition was based on three rounds : 1. Signature cocktail using Auchentoshan 2. Create a cocktail using mistery ingredients (think of Iron Chef) 3. Give a master class on Auchentoshan to the judges.

And the two winners are:

Charles Joly from The Drawing Room in Chicago, U.S. and Martin Ball from Corridor Bar in Manchester, U.K. Both competed in the grand finale against 19 of their fellow countrymen.
