Just freshly ranked #23 in the list of World’s 50 best bars, Tippling Club is a trail blazing Singaporean space where the boundaries of cuisine and cocktail creativity are pushed (think of Aviary in Chicago) by award-winning mixologist Matthew Bax and executive chef Ryan Clift all wrapped up in a lush rainforest. Chef Ryan Clift and Matthew Bax have created one of Singapore’s coolest venues, the cocktails are great, you have to love a champagne cocktail called FUCK the Sub Prime. Cocktails are prepared using thermo infusions, flavored smoke, dust and other cutting edge techniques. Avant garde drinking has never been so exciting.
What to drink? “Fuck the Subprime” cocktail. An optimistic (and very decadent) cocktail with fine champagne, special house-made bitters, and VSOP Hennessy. The drink immediately become a huge hit with a select group of Tippling Club patrons… the bankers.
