The newly opened NoMad hotel and restaurant has introduced “bottle service” by using sleek, black, wheeled bar carts where spirits, bitters, Kold draft ice, cordials are presented to the guest depending on their choice of cocktails. The idea is to bring out the inner bartender of the guest and mix their own libations following the recipes given to them in the cart. But also a NoMad bartender—called a “librarian,” since the service is available in the lounge area called The Library — can mix your drinks if you wish.
