The Claridges bar (London) is showcasing a new cocktail which calls for Remy MartinXO Excellence and the King of Cognacs Louis XIII. Created by Claridges Bar Manager, Denis Broci, the “Fleur de Lis” mixes Rémy Martin XO Excellence with simple syrup and a twist of citrus rind. The cocktail is given a pricey finish by being misted with a spray of 100 year old Louis XIII. Fleur de Lis will be available until the end of the year for £30.
